Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality user experiences for web, phone, and desktop applications.
- Incubate and architect new products and features by leading the ideation and concepting phase of design projects.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across multiple projects.
- Create User Personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate design decisions and communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs while also considering technical constraints.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience designing software.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented approach.
- Advanced skills in Figma, UserTesting, Notion, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Design and deliver high-quality visual user interfaces for web, phone, desktop, VR/AR applications.
- Incubate and define new visual design languages and systems by leading the ideation and concepting phase of design projects.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across multiple projects.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate design decisions and communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs while also considering technical constraints.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual designs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience designing visually compelling user interfaces and defining visual design languages and systems for software applications for the web, phone, desktop, VR/AR.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented approach.
- Advanced skills in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Motion and 3D design skills are appreciated.
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
