Design makeover.

By conducting a thorough analysis of the existing app's user interface, we found opportunities to enhance the user experience by simplifying the design language and making it more intuitive. To address these issues, the team created a new, modern UI design language for the app that focused on simplicity, ease of use, and clarity.

We chose a color scheme and typography that were more visually appealing and easier to read, which helped make the app feel more inviting and engaging. We also reorganized the app's features into a more intuitive layout, making it easier for users to navigate and find what they need quickly.

Data-driven design.

Speaking directly with users was enlightening and provided valuable insights that helped us validate our initial assumptions. The feedback we received allowed us to make data-driven design decisions that ultimately resulted in an improved user experience.

Based on our findings, we redesigned the Information Architecture, simplifying and shortening the number of steps required to perform key actions, and making the overall process more straightforward and intuitive.

UX writing for dangerous situations.

Since the team understood the critical importance of making sure workers felt supported and safe in potentially dangerous environments, we wanted the app to feel like a companion that takes the users through each step side by side, providing reassurance and guidance throughout the process.

Furthermore, we added clear and concise instructions to guide users through the app's features, reducing the learning curve and making the app more user-friendly. Our design prioritized user safety and ease of use, ensuring that workers could quickly and efficiently report incidents and get the help they need as soon as possible.

Redefining lone-worker safety.

Through a collaborative process that combined research, analysis, and design thinking, we were able to create an app that is intuitive, easy to use, and most importantly, helps protect the safety of lone-workers in potentially hazardous situations.
